The hotel proved to be a fantastic base for our trip, especially with its close proximity to Disneyland and a large shopping center. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, making it perfect for family stays. The dining options were plenty, particularly for breakfast, although I faced a minor issue during one of my visits. The shuttle service was incredibly efficient, adding to the overall convenience of our stay.

The hotel boasts an excellent location that makes accessing Disneyland and nearby shopping effortless, with a spacious room layout and a kitchenette ideal for families. However, despite the initial appeal, I encountered significant issues with staff communication and service that detracted from the overall experience. The dining options were limited in quality, and the pricing felt steep for what was offered.

Additionally, the waiting time for the broken lift was inconvenient, especially when managing our luggage.

The hotel offers a fantastic experience, especially for those visiting Disneyland Paris, with its reliable shuttle service and proximity to the Val d'Europe shopping center. The staff's attention to detail and the comfortable rooms made our stay very enjoyable. However, the pool's limited hours for children can be a bit frustrating, and check-in could be more efficient.
